2022 is shaping up as a year of industry accolades for Momentum, with our finance team taking out WA’s Finance Broker Business of the Year at the MFAA Excellence Awards.
Attracting entries from across Australia, the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) Awards are considered amongst the most prestigious accolades to receive within the broking industry.
We are immensely proud of our finance broking team, who took out top gong as WA’s Finance Broker Business of the Year at the 2022 awards ceremony.
The state award comes hot on the heels of the recent win from our Finance Client Services Specialist, Vima Moorghen, who was awarded Best Loan Administrator in WA for the second year running in the 2022 Better Business Awards.
A win for relationship-focused broking
Our Finance Team Leader, Caylum Merrick, attributes the award win to our team’s intense focus on building long-term relationships with our clients.
“We believe excellent customer service and relationship building is central to a successful brokerage. That means putting our clients first in everything we do.”
“Outside of assisting with the lending process, we keep our clients informed through market updates, newsletters, phone conversations and meetings. Most importantly, we ensure our clients consistently benefit from a 360-degree view of their property and financial position, which we achieve through the unique collaboration between our buyer’s agents, property managers and brokers,” he said.
Caylum says this holistic, advice-driven strategy has been crucial in keeping clients informed of opportunities to grow and improve their lending and property outcomes.
